We met SO many great people over the two visits it took to get the job done 1) checking out our new car 2) picking up our new car! We dealt with Rocco for the sale of the truck who was able to get us the amazing deal that we got! We spent time getting to know Bruno and Paul who were awesome! "Bond" handled our finances like a pro and was a pleasure to deal with! Daevon was SO amazingly helpful and extremely fluent in the entire vehicle and walked us through every single button and hidden trick and feature which really made the drive home much easier! and there were another two gentleman who worked customer relations/service which unfortunately I didn't get their names but they were fantastic and super helpful. Everyone seemed so nice and as large as the company is, it seemed like a massive fun family! Their inventory is HUGGGEEEEE which I think is why you can usually save a few thousand between them and your local dealers. Fastest car purchase ever! I knew Paul from a previous vehicle purchase my husband had made. We live over a 120km away from the dealership so when it was time to buy my SUV I em I knew Paul from a previous vehicle purchase my husband had made. We live over a 120km away from the dealership so when it was time to buy my SUV I emailed Paul with all the specifications I wanted and options. Told him the exterior and interior colours I was looking for. Interior colour I wanted is not very common. Expected to have to order the vehicle which was fine. Paul called me the next day and told me he had what I wanted. I didn't believe him, thought he was pulling my leg, after all I was prepared to wait 2 to 3 months to have the vehicle built. I kept asking him over and over if he's sure the interior is what I wanted. He directed me to their website where I could see pictures of the vehicle. That evening Sam had called me to work out the financing. Sam is probably the nicest finance guy I've come across (this is my 9th new car in 20 years so I've dealt with a lot of car salespeople and finance managers). Next day Sam called, told me financing was a go. The following day we made the trek to pick up my SUV. The worst part of buying a vehicle is wasting the entire day at a dealership dealing with the games the sales people play especially when you're a woman and they think you know squat about cars. I avoided all of that with Paul. He's a charming gentleman that gets the job done well and fast. He's also got great life stories to share when you're waiting to get your plates put on and just hanging out having a coffee. One final note... you really can't beat a deal from Peel. I was pricing out same vehicle at 3 other dealers and they didn't even come close. More
