I had a Christmas tree of lights appear 72 hours ago. Tried to make an appointment on line with the app and Chad told me the earliest appointment was January 11. I called, spoke with Brenda (ex 207) wh Tried to make an appointment on line with the app and Chad told me the earliest appointment was January 11. I called, spoke with Brenda (ex 207) who was able to get me in within 24 hours which was 13 days sooner. The bill was less than expected and the time was given was accurate. I was a bit disappointed in the service engine light soon required a wire trace to replace it and no estimate could be given. This is a fault at the production level I understand and nothing the dealer can do even though I was able to describe the exact symptoms of the moment it came on. Poor design if the cost might be $200 to trace (minimum) and as high as $1000 just to track down a broken wire. More
