When I first walked into the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly attendant at the front desk, which offered me a mask but I already had my own. It was nice to see that they we’re prepared in case I didn’t have one on my person. Then I proceeded to walk the show room to check out the all the cars and trims. I was politely greeted by multiple employees. Shortly after I was greeted by Ayman, he was very professional and courteous. As we discussed the features for the each of models available, It was very apparent that Ayman was very experienced, as he was very informative regarding all my inquires. which made my experience much more easy going and pleasant. As it finally came down to picking the colour and trim of the car, I didn’t feel I was pressured to make a decision. Ayman also provided me with multiple options and trims that best suited what I was looking for. after going for a test drive, I decided to go with the all white Sahara Unlimited. Needless to say I’ve never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership before. All of the staff members were super friendly, made me feel I made the right choice joining the Jeep family. Highly recommend going to Ontario Chrysler if you are purchasing a car. More

The responses with Miso were quick. Willing to help with insurance as mine was taking forever to get it done. Had issue with missing floor mats and he was able to help me with it. I tired to be reasonable but these guys do not stop calling, emailing, spamming whatever you want to call it. I don't want your emails saying you have "Big news" which is a $100 gas card, in whose worl calling, emailing, spamming whatever you want to call it. I don't want your emails saying you have "Big news" which is a $100 gas card, in whose world is that big news? I don't want the constant daily phone calls, the emails, the spam. I get selling cars right now might be tough, but if you are going to try and use cheap tactics like $100 dollar gas card to try and get a return email, rethink your marketing strategy. Everyone sees right through it... I have to select a name to submit although I'm sure the sales person doesn't decide the spam strategy... And stop contacting me. Again. More

Right from the time Moin got on the phone, I knew I wanted to buy my vehicle from him! I visited many other dealerships in my area, only to be disappointed by the whole experience. No one took the time to explain what I was looking for and when I questioned if there were other models, they blatantly lied to me! I do my research before I show up so I know whether the salesperson knows their product or not, and Moin hit the nail on the head! I was so impressed I dropped what I was doing and drove straight out to Mississauga from St. Catharines, test drove my vehicle of choice and signed on the dotted line soon after. Suzanne walked me thought all the paperwork right up until closing time and I didn’t feel rushed. I got a good price on my purchase and a few extras added in. Super fast, and friendly service.
