Erin used her powers of persuasion on Dustin the sales manager in order to leverage the best deal possible. Once the deal with done Ryan Matiushyk took over for the finance portion. Ryan was the best to deal with, quick, responsive and very reasonable when it came to extras (warranty, protection packages etc). Couldn't recommend the team I had at Northgate GMC any higher. If you're looking at Chev, GMC or Buick I would highly recommend taking a look at Northgate. Seamless, painless and the best value for my trade and best purchase price possible. More

I'm a senior and had recently moved into this area of town and this was the first time I used the Quick Lube at Northgate Chev for an oil change. All the staff that worked on my vehicle were excellent, e town and this was the first time I used the Quick Lube at Northgate Chev for an oil change. All the staff that worked on my vehicle were excellent, explained thoroughly, courteous, efficient. I'm terrible with names due to my age & hearing aids, there were at least 5 of them on the floor that interacted with me. I think two of them were Justin & Sam? Will definitely be a repeat customer. Absolutely disgusting no professionalism, no accountability and the worst service I have EVER received in my life. I would recommend going to any other Chevy dealership then this one. They will smash up your beautiful Chevrolet Silverado HD Duramax Diesel 3500 and then never get it fixed, so you have to drive around with your truck dented in the size of a softball and the dealership takes zero accountability. Never seen anything like it in my life. Interesting I can't even rate them at zero stars and Northgate Chevrolet doesn't even deserve one star!! Dealership is likely buying personal data to place marketing calls. I've never been to the dealership (they confirmed when I returned their phone call) but had looked at financing a vehicle about a de marketing calls. They were inept and rude when I called to make sure someone else wasn't trying to get financing under my name. In this day and age if someone calls YOUR number and uses YOUR name and claims you applied for financing that's absolutely a cause for concern. Find a better marketing strategy, one that hasn't invaded anyone's privacy. Additionally the caller identified herself as "Lisa" from the financing department. The only Lisa listed is in Sales. No integrity here, I would not do business here. More
The dealership seems to me friendly and the sales people are not pushy when it comes to looking at vehicles on the floor. I’ve had my new truck in for warranty work and it’s been there for 3 months now. I have spoken with the service manager 1 time (Lee, I think was his name) at that was approximately 6 weeks after dropping m there for 3 months now. He then told me it would be another 2 weeks, so, I call back in 2 weeks. I have tried to get a hold of him 3 times, leaving messages and a voicemail asking for an update, sadly, no response. That is why I’m leaving this poor review and it’s directed right at the service manager. A little more to the story and I can tell you that we have purchased 10 company vehicles from this dealership and that will be the last ones we buy from Chevrolet period. I have had a meeting with my fellow managers and we have all agreed that we will buy FORD as we replace our fleet. Way to go Lee, thanks for nothing, especially being ignored, keep up the good work More

My 85 yr old Mom took her Enclave here when her liftgate wouldn't close with the fob or pad. The tech scanned it and said it required a "liftgate actuator". She was given a $1062.69 quote and $93.98 for th wouldn't close with the fob or pad. The tech scanned it and said it required a "liftgate actuator". She was given a $1062.69 quote and $93.98 for the diagnosis. My Mom called me and I said I would see what I could do. I'm not a tech, so I did the You Tube search and found 3 possible problems to check before spending that amount of money. The fuse, the toggle switch by the socket for the phone charger and to "insert the key in the ignition, turn it to it's second location so the dash lights up.(not start). Then press and hold fob liftgate button for 5 seconds. Now the liftgate opens and closes with the fob and pad. The fob and actuator are reset! I called and talked with Service Advisor "Lee Kindret" requesting a refund for $93.98 for the diagnostic charge and subsequent misdiagnosis. He told me I would have to talk with "Richard McKoryk" the Service Manager. When Richard returned from holidays, he finally called back and said that my Mom wouldn't get a refund because they did a scan. I said it was misdiagnosed!! I told him I did a You Tube fix that cost Zero dollars and it's working again without having to pay $1062.20. I believe the service department went for the easy mark, my 85 yr old mom and tried to charge for parts and service that wasn't required! Richard McKoryk got angry with my accusation, but in the end it was a You Tube Mechanic that fixed the liftgate problem and save my Mom over $1000. More
