I had some words with the salesman and the service manager in the back absolutely be aware of these guys. Northgate Chevrolet Dealership dented and damaged my beautiful Chevrolet Silverado HD Duramax Diesel 2020, wouldn't let me see the footage of how and why the dealership damaged it and Northgate Chevrole beautiful Chevrolet Silverado HD Duramax Diesel 2020, wouldn't let me see the footage of how and why the dealership damaged it and Northgate Chevrolet refuse to pay to get it fixed and refuse to pay for another rental of equivalent value. Absolutely disgusting no professionalism, no accountability and the worst service I have EVER received in my life. I would recommend going to any other Chevy dealership then this one. They will smash up your beautiful Chevrolet Silverado HD Duramax Diesel 3500 and then never get it fixed, so you have to drive around with your truck dented in the size of a softball and the dealership takes zero accountability. Never seen anything like it in my life. Interesting I can't even rate them at zero stars and Northgate Chevrolet doesn't even deserve one star!! Thanks to the honest answers about Corvette allocations I picked Northgate over multiple other Corvette dealers. They didn’t make any false promises but did say that they could hopefully get me a C8. Honestly I hate buying vehicles From dealers and it's always like jumping through hoops with this back and forth game of cat and mouse...
