I will never recommend Northgate Chevrolet Buick GMC to anyone. The customer service is terrible, there is zero communication, as soon as the New sales team has to work and put effort into sourcing a vehic anyone. Stephen Duff was a nightmare to deal with, with his snarky attitude and remarks, his laziness and lying lost Northgate a sale, and a reoccurring future customer. My Experience was an 8 month headache attempting to purchase a brand new Chevrolet Silverado. Terrible customer service throughout my experience, no communication, lies told to me and excuses upon excuses made by Stephen Duff. More

Frank Romano went over and above to first find me the truck I wanted and make the purchasing experience easy and painless. Karen in the finance department was equally helpful and pleasant. The only co truck I wanted and make the purchasing experience easy and painless. Karen in the finance department was equally helpful and pleasant. The only complaint I have is the truck is incomplete it is missing the cab rock bars on the base of the cab. I will recommend any and everyone looking for GMC or Chev product to Frank for sure. More

I picked up my new 2021 Denali last week and am so happy with it and the service provided by Pete, Frank, Karen and the Northgate Team! The vehicle is awesome but getting to the point of purchasing it coul with it and the service provided by Pete, Frank, Karen and the Northgate Team! Frank was available when I needed and responded to my inquiries and visits! Pete did everything he could to get truck I wanted and the deal I needed. Trading of my truck was a key part of this deal and these guys made it happen! This is my first time purchasing a new GM product and it was a truly great process! There was no typical sales pressure and was not the usual pain filled process as I have experienced in the past with other dealers! So Thank you for this! Karen was helpful, friendly and efficient!
