I travelled from Oakville to London on Friday Nov 26 and heard a rattling noise in my car all the way and went to your dealership when I arrived. He diagnosed the problem within minutes as being due to the exhaust heat shields and he removed them and then Jennifer refused to take payment. What a lovely reception I received from the moment of making the telephone call through the entire visit which took about 30 minutes total. I was so impressed and so thankful! More
