Usually, in fact 98% of the time, after the dealership gets the money, the purchaser is made to feel less than welcome or important. I am so happy to say that this was not the case at all when we visited Lexus London. You were so friendly and helpful and Romeo was great. I think he didn’t even roll his eyes at the ‘ID-10-T’ error on how to remote start my car!! Thank you to you and to Lexus of London. I made the right choice! More

I've been dealing with this Dealership for 27 years. I always get first class service from the time I get there and get out of my car to when I get back in my car to leave.
