My father and I went in to test drive an NX300, and Jordan helped us out. He answered all of our questions and was transparent and helpful throughout the interaction. He was responsive and cooperative during negotiations after the meeting, and went the extra mile to work with us to create a good deal. Jordan is the kind of professional that the car dealership industry needs more of. The type that puts the customer's needs first, listens well, doesn't act pushy, and does good on the word "customer service". Will keep him in mind for future car purchase needs. Well done, Jordan.
