Sue helped me to place a pre-order for a Lexus nx plug-in 450h+, and provided regular updates on the car during the COVID-related delay. When the car came in, she was very respectful and accommodating of a t 450h+, and provided regular updates on the car during the COVID-related delay. When the car came in, she was very respectful and accommodating of a test-drive with our newborn to minimize contact with COVID. We were cross-shopping with one other car, and one of the biggest draws for the lexus was the professionalism from Sue (and from our other car, we knew the service experience was excellent as well). In the end, we opted to go for another car, and Sue promptly arranged a reversal of deposit. I would not hesitate to recommend Sue and the Lexus team for their professionalism and service. More
