I recently purchased a vehicle from Jillian, and I couldn’t be happier with the process. From the start, she was incredibly patient, professional, and never made me feel pressured. Shortly after taking the car home, I noticed a small scratch in the paint. While it was a bit disappointing at first, Jillian and the team at Lexus of London handled it perfectly. They took the car back immediately, kept me updated throughout the repair, and the final outcome is flawless—the car looks brand new again. It’s easy to give a good review when everything goes perfectly, but you really see the quality of a salesperson and dealership by how they handle small issues. I highly recommend asking for Jillian if you want someone who truly stands by their customers even after the sale is final. More
