Michele has always promptly responded to any question I have had and everyone from the service advisors to the cafeteria staff has always shown to value me as a customer. Recently I picked up my 3rd RX450h from Ken Shaw and while the vehicle keeps making significant improvements, I have remained loyal to Ken Shaw because I have not once ever felt a reason to go anywhere else.
