Excellent experience We went up to HMP to look at SUV's and in particular a used Chev Exquinox. My wife's sister and her husband, Earl and Marion McGhee have been custome We went up to HMP to look at SUV's and in particular a used Chev Exquinox. My wife's sister and her husband, Earl and Marion McGhee have been customers of HMP for many years and recommended HMP to us. We walked into the dealership and the Salesman that came to us was Chad Wilcox. We did not know him but soon learned that we knew his mother and other people familiar to Chad. He was just excellent to work with and we soon discovered that the Exquinox was not for us. My wife asked if we could just sit in a Buick Encore. Chad brought one up and suggested we might like to drive it which we did. We loved it and discussed making a deal. He was very good in working with us and we did make arrangements to purchase a new Encore. When we went to finalize the deal, Chad had all the paperwork ready and we completed the transaction. We love the vehicle and are very pleased with HMP and Chad as our sales person. The box of candy given to us was a very special treat also. More

I was happy with the pricing, and did not quote elsewhere. Only concern was that I was not informed of the 'auto stop' feature on this vehicle. Would not have been a deal breaker, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. I had left the dealership when I realized it was equipped with this. It was well explained when I called back to inquire about it. Also had a small issue with a lose heat shield that was rattling after I got vehicle home.
