Just wanted to quickly share my experience purchasing a used vehicle at Erinwood Ford, dealing with my rep Victor Chacon. My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle to replace an aging one we’ve used vehicle at Erinwood Ford, dealing with my rep Victor Chacon. My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle to replace an aging one we’ve had for a while, one day we noticed that while searching Erinwood had a Ford Edge coming in on trade that fit the criteria we were looking for. As soon as we called and connected to our rep, we were greeted by a friendly gentlemen that was able to answer all the questions we had regarding the edge as well as get us monthly payments almost instantly (without having to talk to the manager). After some discussion we decided to come in and test drive the vehicle and see what it was all about. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a clean car filled with gas and ready to go. After the drive we got back sat down with Vic at his desk and finalized the deal. I highly recommend going to see Victor Chacon at Erinwood Ford for a no BS easy going experience, thanks again Vic for demonstrating how car shopping should be from start to finish. More
