When you are talking to Addy, you can tell he is a passionate person who wants the best for his client. One would've thought, when the transaction ended your contact with the sales rep would end immediately. Addy being Addy, sent me a follow up message with "how are you enjoying your gorgeous ride?" To many people, this might seem redundant however, this is truly the best customer service one would hope for. Informative, helpful and competence I actually lived in the GTA and happened to come across with Roxy over the phone. Roxy is a very knowledgable salesman that can provide you with everything you want to know about the cars, even with other brands as he has previously worked in dealerships like VW, Lexus, etc... Never get any pressure from him like the other salesperson I met in different dealerships. He was able to provide the Pros and Cons over the cars I am interested in buying so I can nailed down my options quickly. You'll get this mutual trust from Roxy where you'll feel like talking with a friend rather than somebody that's trying to sell you something. He understands my needs and concerns, and willing to take extra steps to nail down a deal for me. If I had knew him earlier, I could've saved lots of time trying out different brands as most of those experiences were horrible where salespersons always pushed so hard to sell the car to you and start ignoring you once you tell them about needing more time to decide.
