We are getting close to 9:45pm and we have found the truck and its on the lot thats when I asked for a testdrive. Spencer grabbed the keys we took the truck out for a quick ride came back and finished up the paperwork. Amazing Experience When I visited Erinwood Ford my intention was not to buy a vehicle that day. I was there for information as I have been shopping around at other deale When I visited Erinwood Ford my intention was not to buy a vehicle that day. I was there for information as I have been shopping around at other dealers/brands. However when I met Lem I was quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise and above all his warmth and sense of humour. He made me feel comfortable and took my request for information seriously and professionally which I did not experience elsewhere. I was interested in the Ford Escape and he recommended a package that met my needs and finances. Overall the experience with Lem from the time I met him until I drove off in my new vehicle was awsome. Adam was very helpful explaining the warranty packages which made it very easy for me to say yes. He made the financing process very stress free for me.
