Victor is the best car salesperson we have met yet, we arrived 15min before the dealer shuts doors on a Sunday and yet Victor arranged for us to test drive the car, answered all of our questions with details. We felt no pressure to purchase, yet we ended up purchasing the car because of his professionalism. Carol (Finance dept.) did everything to make the paper work go smooth, she showed us all the relevant service options we could purchase with the car and stayed very late to answer all of our questions and made sure we got the right thing. Finally got my hot hatch! I've been wanting a Focus ST for the past 5 years. I booked an appointment online with Dave Grittani who was very professional online and answered many of my questions. When I arrived Saturday to test drive my car, Dave was not available due to a family emergency. Dave had recommended Victor C to me in his place. Victor was amazing. Had a great laugh, loved to joke around and allowed me to test drive the car alone so I wouldn't be so nervous beside a salesperson. Victor was never pressuring, was a great listener and a great salesperson. He saw how much I really wanted this car and worked as best as possible to help me get it. It was great experience. Nick Palalas (Nick the Greek) evaluated my trade in and was the funniest guy you could meet. We spoke at length about numerous travel experiences and I was amazed at his wealth of knowledge. I will definitely take his travel recommendations. Carol was not pushy, she was very helpful and was very upfront. Usually the finance part is the really painful one but definitely not this time. Dave emailed me after the sale to see how it went and congratulated me on the purchase. I really appreciated that part, he was not a part of the sale but still showed concern and praise. Overall, I had a great experience. Can't wait to get my car! More

First time buying a car It was the first time I was buying a car of my very own. As soon as a walked into the dealership Sami warm smile caught my attention. I was very nervous to be honest as I know nothing at all about cars and buying one. Sami was so patience with me and never made me feel less than for not know what something was. He was so helpful with all the questions I had and really helped me make the right decision for the line of work I am in. He really went out of his way to help me anyway he could through the entire process! He was never pushy with any decisions I had to make which I also value. Even after I purchased the car he took time out of his day to get my car hooked up to my phone to make sure it was good to go as soon as I drove off the lot! His little touches to his customer service, like opening the door always for you, and brining you tea or water as you fill out paper work are so deeply appreciated. You can’t help but leave the dealership feeling confident and happier after dealing with such a lovely person! The entire staff at this location are just so positive and happy! And it should be noted that the Service side of the business is a smooth running machine, the best we have ever experienced. This was our first visit to a dealership in 12 years, as we wanted to trade in our 2006 Taurus, and we were impressed with the professional and courteous service we received from all employees. There was no sense of pressure; the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Lem Weekes, our original sales rep, let us take our time looking over the Focus and giving us a chance to test drive it; he was also able to get us a great deal on our trade-in, which included a complete set of winter tires. Adam Pellegrin discussed all of our warranty options with us, and exactly how much each would cost. When we picked up our Focus the following week, Victor Chacon took care of us right away and quickly made sure everything was ready to go, including gas and winter tire installation and all the paperwork. Carol Buckwald completed all of the administrative paperwork with us and made sure we would be ready to inform our own dealer's service department about our maintenance warranty. Overall, a super experience at a super Ford dealership!! More

We live 2 1/2 hours from Erinwood Ford on Lake Huron and I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle this fa We could not be happier with our new vehicle. We live 2 1/2 hours from Erinwood Ford on Lake Huron and I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle this far from home. But my husband John was in contact with several other dealers getting information on the F150. He was convinced that Erinwood was the dealer to purchase our F150 from. When we arrived at the dealership the front desk staff acknowledged us immediately and took us to meet our salesman Lucas Dulny. Lucas was an amazing person to deal with. He answered all our questions with expertise and professionalism. He also has AMAZING customer service. Carol in Finance was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with our financing of the vehicle. She again has AMAZING customer service and was very professional. Living in the Ottawa Valley it took a while to arrive to Toronto. Joseph had everything ready for us, he even picked us up at the Go Train terminal at Clarkson and drove us to the Erinwood Dealer. Car was beautiful very clean certified and new oil change before I picked it up. He made sure I emailed him to verify our safe arrival home. Had a good chat with the managaer Mike Diamond before leaving dealer. I would recommend this experience as excellent. More
