He dug deeper into my inquiry and when he found out I was having an electrical issue, he arranged the service appointment on my behalf for 2 days later, much sooner than I was able to arrange on my own. He also arranged and paid for me to have an F150 as a rental and told me to call him if I had any issues on the day of service...even though it was his day off! A sales person arranging my service appointment-- wow! I can't say enough good things about Addy and Erinwood. Thank you, once again, for all of your help and for exceeding my expectations. More

I went to Erinwood with the intent to ask a bunch of questions and Mark Maguire answered them and didn't put any pressure on me to buy. I returned a month later with more questions and again all were answered. I feel like I got the best possible deal and the whole experience was super painless.
