Great Experience! I went into Erinwood Ford for something minor a front camera install. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Martin Menzies. Martin introduced me to Joel Engel who's going to do the camera install. Joel let me know it was a minor procedure and that I was in good hands. Within no time my car was back out front camera install seamlessly and I was ready to go. All in all it was a great experience at Erinwood Ford. Oh, I have to mention Barry Chanan great guy and fun personality and knows his stuff! I am definitely buying my car from this dealership when the opportunity presents itself. More

Post sale an owners manual and key needed to be give to me because they had been misplaced, Paddy did not waste any time and went out of his way to offer to personally bring them to me. Martin and Raj were awesome! I bought a new explorer XLT and had leather seats put in it before I took possession. Mustang GT from Mark at Erinwood I visited Erinwood Ford as my local Ford dealer, and the receptionist introduced me to Mark. I knew exactly which car I wanted (2019 Mustang GT) but d I visited Erinwood Ford as my local Ford dealer, and the receptionist introduced me to Mark. I knew exactly which car I wanted (2019 Mustang GT) but did now know colour or transmission choices. Mark was good enough to walk me through all of the cars on their extensive lot, and let me take my time choosing. Mark was pleasant and efficient, and made my purchase a fun experience, which I really appreciated. I hope to keep my car for a long time, but next time I buy a Ford - my F150 is getting long in the tooth - I shall definitely call Mark Maguire. More
