After months of gaslighting me about the failure of my synch screen in my F-150 they finally honoured their contractual obligations under my extended warranty and Premiumcare Plan but only if I agreed to synch screen in my F-150 they finally honoured their contractual obligations under my extended warranty and Premiumcare Plan but only if I agreed to take down my negative posts about their bad service. I drove tens of thousands of Kilometers and hundreds of hours in dead silence with no radio, no GPS, no ability to make or take calls, no charging port and they refused to replace the faulty unit until I made those negative posts. They finally replaced it in January and it has worked fine ever since. I will never go there for service again, nor would they want me to. More
