From a previous sale, I decided to go with Zach based on an already excellent professional previous experience.I informed him that I was interested in the Fusion Energi and he would contact me the second he came across the one I was looking for. The second that car came in, Zach contacted me and informed me that the vehicle I wanted was in and I came that same day to check it out. Coming in I had very limited knowledge on hybrid/Electric vehicles. Zach and I went for a test drive, he educated me on everything I need to know and by the end of the test drive I felt confident in the features and the information that he provided to me. When it came down to talking numbers, I had a goal in mind with the payment I wasn’t sure we were able to get. Zach came up with a fast solution that actually brought myself under budget. I was in and out in a timely professional manner. Overall, He is a very educated and professional individual that I would recommend anyone go see if they are looking for a new vehicle. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. I went in looking for something that suits my life style and a car i could feel safe in. I walked out with a Bmw x5! Mitch spent a lot of time answering all my annoying questions and compared a few different options for me that would help me in the long run but im stubborn and still went for the x5 which i absoulety love! And on top of that i got a really good deal! He is honest and very helpful. Not pushy for a sale like most people I've delt with. Thank you again Mitch for my amazing new ride!
