Save your time. We went in today, walked around some vehicles in the lot. Then went inside talk to a receptionist (who was very nice and polite.) Took some photos of the new bronco. Very nice vehicle. T vehicles in the lot. Then went inside talk to a receptionist (who was very nice and polite.) Took some photos of the new bronco. Very nice vehicle. Then waited around for help. After sometime we left. As three salesmen were outside smoking. Another one was loudly swearing about something. So the word friendly doesn't come to mind. Unfortunately experience. But just a heads up for everyone else. Subsequent to my public reviews. They have reached out in an effort to reset this first impression. More

My friend and I walked in City Ford and met Hermes Temraz to buy a new F-150 truck. My friend clearly told him clearly that he will not pay for documentation fees, and "other fees" so don't bother putting th to buy a new F-150 truck. My friend clearly told him clearly that he will not pay for documentation fees, and "other fees" so don't bother putting that into the contract. Hermes puts down a security fee and tried to make my friend put down a non-refundable deposit. We left that dealership and my friend bought a new truck at Waterloo Ford. I won't be coming back in the future, neither will all my friends. More
