I just picked up my Brand new 2021 Tundra truck today and it is defected - Driver side door is not fitted properly has to bang it to close, from the inside it does not open smoothly the knob seems to be push it is defected - Driver side door is not fitted properly has to bang it to close, from the inside it does not open smoothly the knob seems to be pushed hard with a banging sound to open- My mechanic confirmed this is a mal-fitted door that could only mean it was improperly repaired (may be an accident I was not informed about) - When I took it back to Charlesglen they directed me to body shop (After owning the truck for only 3 hours!) at the bodyshop they tried to fix it but car is still the same with an obvious problem in the door. Dear Charlesglen Toyota, how could you sell a brand new defected truck? is there no quality control what so ever? No one had noticed the defected door from Manufacture in Texas all the way to your dealership in Calgary!? Are you seriously supposed to be allowing this? More

My father leased the above mentioned Corolla from Canyon Creek Toyota 2.5 yea experience with your dealership and specifically, Mr. Paul Gorsline. My father leased the above mentioned Corolla from Canyon Creek Toyota 2.5 years ago. He was thrilled with his new car and he and my mom loved going for scenic drives. My parents are both 92 years old. Unfortunately, my dad passed away from Covid on Sunday January 24th and our family has been tasked with handling our father's affairs. My brother contacted many Toyota dealerships in Calgary investigating the options we had with the remaining 2.5 years on the vehicle's lease. He was met with very little help until he talked with Mr. Gorsline at your company. From the first moment, we knew our family was in good hands. Paul was professional, extremely capable and most importantly, very honorable when helping us with the car. He gave us options that were all fair and was outstanding at helping our family navigate the process of turning in the vehicle. Not too often do you encounter such a wonderful person in the workforce. Maria was great! We were planning to shop around at a few dealerships across the city, but Maria made us her best offer right off the bat. She secured us a fair price for our trade-in and a great deal o few dealerships across the city, but Maria made us her best offer right off the bat. She secured us a fair price for our trade-in and a great deal on a new RAV4 Hybrid. We had visited one other dealership prior to Charlesglen. When the salesman from that dealership followed up with me a few days later I told him we had already purchased elsewhere. He told me I should have called him back and he could have matched the deal. I told him he should have made us his best offer originally and THAT is why we purchased from Charlesglen. Phil was really helpful on the finance side and was extremely quick to reply to all the email questions we sent his way. And Rob was extremely helpful bringing in the wheels we wanted and happily matched a better price we had found at Canadian Tire. Overall, we were extremely happy with our entire experience and have already referred a family member who was also looking to buy a new vehicle! More
