I had been honest and told him I would be looking at other dealerships also and not once did I feel pressured or forced to purchase here. He did stay in contact with me and answered every question that I had. When I was told my trade in was lower than what other dealerships had offered me, both Kyle and Abe did everything they could to accommodate me and make me happy with my purchase. They explained the reasoning and offered other incentives to make up for the lower trade in price. I did end up purchasing my vehicle through them because of the kindness and honesty they both radiated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They made arrangements to have the truck brought up from Calgary within a few days. After arrival I noted that the tonneau cover was hail damaged. Abe and Adam were very accommodating and within a short period the cover was replaced. Anyway these guys took the pain out of the process and made the overall experience quite pleasant.
