Robert the sales guy made our buying experience very pleasant and easy. The service department however have a lot to learn about customer service. Brought the vehicle back after 6 weeks as we had a scre pleasant and easy. The service department however have a lot to learn about customer service. Brought the vehicle back after 6 weeks as we had a screw in the wall of the tire and needed a replacement tire. Unbelievable that they have no tires in stock for one of the most common of their own vehicles they sell on their forecourt. To add insult to injury, when I went back for the vehicle, I was abruptly told : " it will be at least a week to get a replacement tire for the vehicle, after all it is a long weekend you know". Not even apologetic at all and now we have a vehicle with a space saver on it and completely unusable for our business which requires a good amount of KMs each week. Very poor service, customer skills and empathy totally lacking. More
