From the moment I entered the Capital GMC dealership I was treated as if I was important and respected and the service was quick, courteous and very professional. Everette was always attentive to my questions and had all the answers which showed that he knew his product, even though it was not a GMC make. He was polite, genuine, and friendly. And because Everette was never trying to push a sale I felt comfortable and at ease. He simply let the product sell itself. This also speaks to the quality of product Capital carries on their lot. When it came to negotiating a price they seem to make a sincere effort to accommodate my budget and we ended within 90 dollars. Pretty darn good if you ask me. Another thing I really appreciated about Everette is that he knew the process of purchasing a vehicle and never rushed yet always anticipated my need and was ready to direct me when I needed it.
