Pushy and Sneaky I was forced to purchase a new car and very quickly since my vehicle was written off from an accident. The staff at Capital GM are extremely sales driven and pushy (which I expected). After I took a Jeep Patriot for a test ride, my dad (who came with me) and I decided to check out a few more places before making any decisions. When we told the salesmen we were going to look at a few more vehicles $1,000 suddenly dropped on the price. Did I also mention the ad online of the vehicle I test drove said it had vinyl seats (which it doesn't) and it also said it was a manual transmission (which it isn't). We left, went and checked out a few more places and decided that we would go with the Jeep Patriot from Capital GM. I had to have the finance manager re-do the paperwork for me twice since the first time he added the extended warranty without my knowledge. The second time he wrote the bill up I noticed 2 more unknown charges. One was for tire protection and the other one was for some sort of vehicle loss something.... I told him I didn't want either of those things and my bill went down significantly. Not once was I explained as to what these charges were or that they were added onto the bill. I am sure they were hoping I never noticed them. The only good thing I do have to say about this dealership is that Don Narcisse works there, and he was supposed to be my sales person but called me to tell me someone else would be helping me since he was going to go visit his son, which was extremely kind. The salesman I did end up going with was just ok. Didn't know much about the vehicle. More

Terrible Sales, the dealership and rob were horrible. I dealt with them on buying my used truck. To get anything repaired that i noticed while making the deal was horrible. Couldn't have been a better experience!!!! I recently bought a 17 GMC Sierra All-Terrain X. I arrived at the dealership not exactly sure what I wanted to look at. Anand Sakkai asked me a few qu I recently bought a 17 GMC Sierra All-Terrain X. I arrived at the dealership not exactly sure what I wanted to look at. Anand Sakkai asked me a few question to try and narrow it down then we started looking at different trucks. No matter how many times I changed my mind he was willing to help me along the way. Drove a couple different trucks, and looked at a lot more, all the time answering all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he found it out!! Jay Paull ran the numbers and gave me a great value on my trade-in. He made sure I knew exactly what the numbers would be. Kevin Gatschene made the final process painless and fast. He explained all the terms and gave me different options to choose from. All in all the experience was great. No one was pushy. Everyone I dealt with made sure I was happy and informed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! More
Very friendly and informative! I recently bought a Spark from the Capital dealership. I was working with a certain amount of cash and trade in so my budget was limited. On my first visit, I dealt with Ankesh Gupta (Kash) and he walked me all through the lot and gave me many choices in the price range that I was looking for. I was very impressed by his honesty and integrity. Afterwards, I checked out many lots in Regina and was drawn back to Capital. Not only were the choices and price ranges better but Kash was someone that I found I could trust. After many emails with Kash, we decided I should come in again. The only day I had available was a day that Kash was off however, he made sure that I was well looked after with another salesman named, Gregg Williams. Gregg was most helpful and understanding of my needs and friendly. So as a result of these two salesman, I drove away in a car that I could afford and loved! Great job guys! I am glad to be a part of the Capital family and when it's time for another vehicle, I will for sure be looking for these two gentlemen! Thanks so much! More
