I made three attempts since last week to get an oil change in the “fast service lane”. I would call ahead to see how busy they were and I even stopped on the off chance I could get one. Finally April 7 change in the “fast service lane”. I would call ahead to see how busy they were and I even stopped on the off chance I could get one. Finally April 7, I called to see if they were backed up and if I could get one on my fourth attempt. The service representative put me on hold to check, then advised me to come ahead in they were not backed up. I arrived 11:15 AM, when they finally processes the paper work it says 11:24 AM, I was up sold to the all check maintenance package. I did not get out of dealership until 1:20 PM. When I was sold my vehicle and the lifetime oil change package I was sold on it because of the quick oil change lane, that it would be like going to jiffy lube, no waiting!! Now I know it is tire season and you are busy. I was told this was a designated lane for oil change and other small services. Even the sticker they put on my car advising of the mileage for the next oil change says it the quick service. I DO NOT THINK 2 HOURS IS QUICK SERVICE. When I specifically called ahead to see if you were backed up! I expected it to be quick. I did not have 2 hours to waste yesterday, but once it is in there is nothing the customer can do. You also have me over a barrel since I paid good money for lifetime oil changes, I am not about to go elsewhere to get them, especially when I was advised it would be quick service. After I waited my two hours I was advised you offered a shuttle service, which I was not told about when I arrived, if the proper expectation had not been set that I would have to wait 2 hours, I could have taken advantage of this service and not wasted my valuable time. Why do you sell people on a service you have no intention to honouring? OH too bad its tire season, and you need an oil change TOO BAD FOR YOU!!!! More
