I dealt with Brian Badelt for the most part and when I came in unannounced a few times when he was busy, he managed to find someone to help me out. I was interested in the high end pickups and Brian was honest with me regarding the best options in comparison to the trim lines. The truck I purchased is awesome and pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I've had situations in the past at other dealers where the "finance guy" does the hard sell on extended warranty and add-ons, but Mike Skaff was straight forward and there was no pressure. I was in and out of his office in less than 5 minutes. Overall a great experience and I would recommend paying them a visit if you're looking for a Ram truck! More

I complained and they tried to blame me wanted me to prove it and show pictures yet it happend while they had possesion. Now expect me to pay for it am not happy. See Nick in service! First time coming in for service here at Capital Dodge. Was a little leery leaving my old dealership back home for a new one, but I met with Nick Hall First time coming in for service here at Capital Dodge. Was a little leery leaving my old dealership back home for a new one, but I met with Nick Hall in the service drive through and he made me feel like I had been a customer there for years. He had an answer for every question I had, went through the whole work order with me before I left and explained how everything would progress. When it came down to the repairs, he let me know how important some of the repairs were and prioritized them for me. When the vehicle was done, he called and when I arrived, went over the bill with me to make sure I had no further questions. Next time I have to bring my car in, I'll gladly bring it back to Capital Dodge and will be seeing Nick again! More
