No Customer Service What so Ever!! Had an appointment for a recall on my new Fiat bought at this dealership, was told to pull into the service bay. Pulled in and brought my keys to the service desk only for him to throw his arms in the air and say I have to wait at my car for Nick. Waited over 10min next to my car with my keys in my hand while several other employees stood around drinking coffee and ignoring me as well as a another couple in the bay next to mine also waiting. My instinct at this point was to leave and I wish I had! Finally my info was taken along with my keys and I was told it would take 4 to 5 hours. On the phone they said 2hrs, but I was ok with the extra time and had a ride so went home. 7 hours later I received a call saying that they had "run into problems" and would it be ok if they had to keep it over night. I said yes I could leave it overnight, but the "problem" was not identified. The next day I went to work and by 3pm had still not received a call. I finally called them as I was leaving work and was told my car was 20min from being ready so I headed out to pick it up in horrible weather as I was 30min away. Upon my arrival I was told it would be an hour (I'm pretty sure they hadn't even started on my recall until I showed up, ~29hrs after my original appointment). At this point I was quite frustrated and asked them what they planned to offer me for my trouble, they just shrugged and said unforeseen things happen. I left again and was told they'd call when it was complete, 4 hours later I got a call that it was finished (glad I hadn't decided to wait for the supposed 1hr). When I finally picked up my car on day 3 after a 11am appointment for a 2 hour fix I asked at the desk what "problem" they had encountered and if it was something I should worry about. I was told there were no problems and it was a simple instal. Also left my name and number at the front desk for the General Manager to call, and she never did. I will never purchase a car here or spend another second in this service centre, very frustrating and insulting to be treated with such disdain. I have owned many different vehicles over the years and have never had an experience quite so horrendous!! More

Great Experience and Great Staff I live in the GTA and happened to be in Ottawa for an event. My family have been looking for a new car and have visited many locations near our home, I live in the GTA and happened to be in Ottawa for an event. My family have been looking for a new car and have visited many locations near our home, those experiences have left my wife and I with a bad taste and were holding off on purchasing. I happened to have some time and luckily happened to have gone into this dealership......It was my lucky day! The staff here were EXCELLENT from the moment I walked in by being so welcoming and accommodating (a far different service level than I have been treated to before). I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy Hartin and Jon Buckley. I believe that Andy is a manager at this dealership and his professionalism and knowledge was demonstrated when we spoke and reflected by the team. Both Jon and Andy made were able to answer the questions I had and were able to offer me an exceptional deal, so good in fact that I drove home from Ottawa in a new car and will be buying another for my wife in the next few months and WILL make the trip again to see Andy and the rest of his team. Thank You Jon and Andy you have changed my view of how car sales can and should be; the pinnacle of service that other dealerships should try and replicate. More

If you are shopping in the Kanata Area, then I would strongly recommend you check them out -- just be sure to ask for Chris. Even if they don't have the car on their lot, Chris will do everything he can to get it delivered for you. 5 STARS!!!! More
