Vehicle Damage Repair My 2016 Mazda was damaged and needed some TLC. Capital repaired it and it looks brand new; would never be able to see where it was damaged as it looks perfect.As an added bonus, the inside had a lot of dust and winter gravel and to my absolute delight when I picked it up it was clean on inside as well as outside. Warranty repair My 2016 Terrain had a malfunction that cured itself by the time of my appointment. Kirsten listened to me and tried to find the cause of the issue. My vehicle was returned to me me clean and with a list of the tests that had been done. Unfortunately, the issue remains undiscovered. I had purchased the vehicle from Jack Carter, the service department at Jack Carter could learn a lesson in customer service, very poor service. The only reason I go back to Jack Carter for service is because I was given free 4 oil changes. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Capital Chevrolet Buick in the future. Very happy with Capital.
