Tony felt it acceptable to chastise me for my financial decision and even suggested I give him my down payment so he could turn a profit - despite me having already told him this was unacceptable! He was also comfortable sharing financial information about previous customers. Furthermore, he made insulting comments toward Francophones knowing that I am from Montreal. A manager was needed to salvage the whole interaction! More

Promised time of 3-4 hrs became 5. 5 hrs. No update on what is happening. Was needed to go to service bay just to get an update on the service status of the car. Car was not washed, was 5 hrs.
