Went in to test drive a new civic to see if I would like it. I spoke with Mitch and he was much more knowledgeable about the products that he sells than my experience at a different dealership in Sherwood p it. I spoke with Mitch and he was much more knowledgeable about the products that he sells than my experience at a different dealership in Sherwood park (not a honda dealership). Adam, the service manager came by and made sure that if there was anything I needed that he would take care of it. I will definitely buy from here when I'm ready. I never felt any pressure, even though I wasnt ready to buy a car that day which was refreshing for a dealership. More

We just purchased a 2024 Honda CR-V EXL, Canyon River Blue. Wow, very happy. Koodos to Mitch Heil for his excellent knowledge of their product. An Honest, friendly, Family Experience Mitch is a guy uses technology to give you an " Old School Experience" Always available at the click of a key. He struck us as an individual who is proud of his profession and his place of work. every thing he did was geared toward putting a smile on our faces Tony on the other hand. needs a tuneup in customer relations. We spent more time waiting for him than actually talking to him. From an extremely cluttered desk. taking phone calls during our meeting and people walking in and out of his office. \I found negotiating with tony to be very frustrating. When I informed him that I had made a serious error in pricing add ons . He seemed concerned but not to willing to help out. All in all, quite a kaotic experience. I wrote a review on Google that they had deleted so I would not trust the reviews on this dealership. Bought a 2015 CRV here about six months ago. My first issue was with Ping in finance who was very pus would not trust the reviews on this dealership. Bought a 2015 CRV here about six months ago. My first issue was with Ping in finance who was very pushy and was not able to tell me what my interest rate was going to be. I now know I should have turned around right then and went to a different dealership. However I felt that I had finally found the car I had been looking for. They started calling a couple months after my purchase to lower my interest rate. Right away I wondered why my interest was abled to be lowered a couple months later when I've always had good credit and it has not changed in the past couple months. After talking to another dealership I found out that this was a tatic they use to try to get you to switch vehicles. So they screwed me over with my interest rate to get a better reserve from the bank and then thought they could try to sell me another vehicle! I have extended warranty and was told that my car had passed the Honda certified inspection. Within a few months the brakes were squeaking very badly. When I took it to the service department I was told that they are new brakes and that it is normal for them to squeak. They refused to look at them or do anything to help my situation without me paying. Regret buying here and do not reccomend the dealership or the service department to anyone. I did not have an issue with my sales guy Mitch. However, I am definitely frustrated that he insured us it has passed a very extensive inspection. More
