I had a hit and miss problem of engine light at higher speeds, the shop foreman, a tech and the adviser were all involved trying to recreate issue, unfortunately the problem did not occur on road trips an speeds, the shop foreman, a tech and the adviser were all involved trying to recreate issue, unfortunately the problem did not occur on road trips and. I code’s in the system to help diagnose, we decided to keep it at the shop and try again in the AM when it was cold, still no issue, I left satisfied and they did apologize for wasting my gas lol More

Traded My 2019 GMC AT4 after the truck left us stranded on the highway with a blown engine @ 3600 KL.After hitching a ride to the next town because the Onstar service didn't work (no cell Service) Don't ge on the highway with a blown engine @ 3600 KL.After hitching a ride to the next town because the Onstar service didn't work (no cell Service) Don't get stranded or into an accident with injuries because you're not getting help if you don't have cell service...Then when Roadside assistance said they couldn't help me as the small town I was stranded in had no dealership or a car rental agency ?My wife had to drive 5 and a half hours to come rescue me and drive to the next town with a dealership and on the count it was a Sunday the dealership was closed.Then 5 weeks to get the complete engine replaced,then driving hours back to get our truck back,truck was left dirtier than when we left it at the dealership? Everything seemed to be ok,then driving the truck to 14,000kl more catastrophic engine failure,that's when we decided to get rid of this lemon so we traded the truck in on a new one GMC to boot?? thinking we might get compensated for all of our headaches but after 3 months of talking back and forth with GM nothing was done to compensate us as they said they couldn't help us as we had traded that vehicle in??There was a discussion with Western when first picking up the truck in the first place that the truck seemed to be underpowered and nothing was done to rectify if there was a problem at that time.Going on went to Western to trade the truck in and get a new one,after all the discussion of our ordeal was handed a price on a new truck that was 8,000.00 more than a different dealer?? After a discussion the price was matched,so we where treated like any other customer that walk off the street? Still thinking we where going to get compensated from GM But nothing was done at all? More
