Hi Paul, We understand that car trouble is never fun, but getting stuck in the middle of nowhere and having to rely on others definitely makes a frustrating situation even more difficult. We are not a representative of the roadside assistance company, the dealership where your repairs were completed (as they were completed elsewhere), or General Motors, and as such can not make a comment on any of those points. In regards to the price of your vehicle, we were pleased to find a US broker that allowed us to increase our bid for your trade which presented itself after our original evaluation of your vehicle. Although we represent the GM name, we are not an extension of the corporate office, and as a result, are not privy to the discussions between you and General Motors.
