Edit: as you can see in the photo attached, the sales manager, Robert Mantei admits that vehicles bought at this location are expected to have some “wear and tear”. For your own peace of mind, stay away. Recent Experience February 2025 I recently purchased a used Jetta from this dealership. The salesman ensured me that the vehicle was mechanically sound, reliable and ready to drive off the lot. Unfortunately, this was incorrect. Within the first 10 kms of driving the vehicle, I noticed a constant sound, indicating the car was not in prime condition. I contacted the dealership right away, asking to have this sound inspected. Note this was the day I picked up the car. After some back and forth, the dealership finally agreed to look at the car. After an entire day, I was informed the dealership was unable to determine what was wrong with my car. In fact, when I went to pick it up, they told me nothing was wrong with it but the sound was still there. I called for the mechanics to come back out and they did agree the sound was not normal and they would need to look at it again. I dropped the car off a few days later, which required me to miss yet another day of work. I was told the AC compressor belt and tensioner need to be replaced and was quoted $1250.00. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing as I feel I participated in a dishonest deal. The reluctance for the dealership to look at my car, their apparent disinterest, or perhaps incompetence, in correctly diagnosing my car, and then charging me an absorbent price to fix something they likely knew was wrong with the car when they sold it to me demonstrates extremely distasteful business practices.

Shopping for a vehicle is daunting, especially the compact SUV market. After some research I decided to have a look at a 2025 SUV listed on their website in a colour I was interested in. After getting there, of course it was sold..so was that vehicle just being used as a decoy??? Not sure but guessing so. The story I got was 'iffy' at best. So after trying all the standard sales lines on me (including trying to get me into a more expensive trim level) I was not ready to buy that day and felt dismissed. He asked me nothing about myself.....it was clear he only wanted a sale. Bottom line...go to a dealership where the salesperson actually cares about your needs. Don't be intimidated! Not that these Sales Manager cares but thought I should voice my opinion. I may even post this on Google Reviews to reach more readers.

Well I wish I could say something positive... but shop local, support local screwed us with this particular business. My boyfriend took his truck in because the gas tank takes a half an hour to fill due to the gas pump clicking off CONSTANTLY as if it were full. Who wants to stand out in -30°C pumping gas for 30 minutes, right? So call Westlock Motors, service department tell him sure, we'll look at, they run a diagnostic, explain what's wrong and a quote to fix the problem, $800! So boyfriend says yes, fix it (his truck is pretty well his job). So almost 4 hours later he gets his truck back expecting that 4 hours and $800 later that its fixed. So he goes to fill it up... nope, not fixed, can't fill it. Not sure why the service consultant would not have checked to see if the problem had been resolved before returning it and charging my boyfriend for 'fixing' the problem. Call the dealer to see what had happened and what could be done to resolve the problem, speak with the manager and he tells us that if we bring it back in they will run a free diagnostic... hmmm so what is the new diagnostic going to say that the last one didn't? How much is it going to cost to fix the new problem since the last $800 didn't fix it..... why would we bring it back? We are feeling completely scammed by this dealership and all they want to say is bring it back in and we'll look at it again? If you didnt catch the problem the first time in the 4 hours you had it, why would we trust that it would be fixed this time? Are we stupid or something? Worst service experience we've had anywhere.

The service manager was just fantastic dealing with our 2016 Buick Encore engine light problem we encountered on our journey back home to BC. They got us in first thing and we were back on the road by 2:30 that afternoon. Adrian in parts was just super. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and management. They truly make you feel like you are in good hands.

Zack, a new and young mechanic, who described himself as a kind of specialist in this old stuff is simply fantastic. I needed something done for my 1991 Chevy 350 van on which my Four Winds motor home had been built. The engine was so sluggish, so without any power and was burning gas like crazy. Zack kept me informed of his thoughts. Oil had gas in it. That scared me. He told me how that could happen if the cylinders were getting too much gas. Anyway, he finally found that one of the two fuel injectors was not functioning properly. It was squirting almost pure gas rather than a mist which the other injector was doing. I could go on with the detail of how great he did like leaving me with left over parts from the throttle body he was able to get. But suffice to say I could not have been more happy with what Zack did to my machine, which now runs fantastic and with three times the distance per gallon it was getting. Thank you so much Zack. I just wish I was able to call on you with all my RV future troubles. AND, you would not believe how well I was taken care of by Aby in the service dept. She learned of my follie in having left the water pump on when somehow the kitchen faucet opened and...yes...water everywhere. I had carpets and bedding to dry. She thought the carpets would be best hung in the area they had for detailing. And they could put a blower on them. Since the throttle body parts would not make it in that day I haed to stay over. Aby arranged for a land line connection for my RV. Then she arranged for a shuttle to take me to the nearest laundromat so I could dry my bedding which was wet in a corner. I was simply awed speecheless by her care. At the laundromat when I was done becuase it was after hours I called for a cab. Then I received a call from Zack saying he could come pick me up. How can I say anything but simply thank you, thank you, Zack, Aby, the other friendly and helpful staff and to Murray Chev Cadillac. Just great!
