Hello, My name is Tyler Medland and I am proud to be a Product Advisor at Charlesglen Toyota in the NW of Calgary, AB. I have been in the automotive industry for over 6 years now and cars and trucks are my passion in life. I was born in Calgary, AB and moved to Seattle, Washington in the United States at the young age of 4 years old. I spent most of my life in Seattle and moved to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho when I was 17 for my senior year in high school. My brother moved back to Canada in 2010 and most of my family lives in the Calgary area. I wanted more opportunities than Coeur d'Alene had to offer and be closer to my family, so I made the decision to move back up to Calgary. I found Charlesglen and had the opportunity to work here which I absolutely love! Best dealership ever! Charlesglen Toyota is an amazing place to shop for a new car. All the members of staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. My product advisor Tyler Medland did a great job of helping to find the best Toyota for me, with no pressure whatsoever. Matching Corollas - A Real Treat We recently leased His and Hers 2017 Corolla SE's from Tyler Medland and we couldn't be happier. My wife got the sporty Red with Black trim model and We recently leased His and Hers 2017 Corolla SE's from Tyler Medland and we couldn't be happier. My wife got the sporty Red with Black trim model and I got the all Black one. They look great in the garage and we are very excited about our new toys. Thanks to Tyler, and Kyle in Finance, for making this a pleasant buying experience. We also have a 2005 Corolla and it is the main reason we came back to Toyota again, it has over 1/4 Million KM's and going strong! I am looking forward to working with Tyler and Charlesglen again in 47 1/2 months to see what's new. WK More

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a human, 'normal' experience buying a car. Paul, the kind senior sales fellow who continued to stay in touch with us throughout the process... Tyler M., who put up with our Stoney Trail test drive :D and endless questions ...Wes and Phil in Finance who allowed me to change my mind many times on the extended warranty... Carrie who put up with my 10 (literally) calls from the registry to get the plate :D..... and of course JIM who *made my day* with the most awesome, funny and clever car pickup EVER. (I'm bringing brownies back, really. And more cat jokes.) I look forward to coming back to say hi regularly when I come in for service. Honestly, you guys are as sincere and as much fun as the guys at the Ferrari dealership :D and for someone who has owned an exotic and really misses those guys.... it feels like I've found a new 'car home'.
