Awesome experience I hate dealerships and those typical “car salesmen”. I went in having a preconceived image and boy was I wrong. Everyone I met and dealt with (Rob Sal I hate dealerships and those typical “car salesmen”. I went in having a preconceived image and boy was I wrong. Everyone I met and dealt with (Rob Sales Manager, Marcus and Krish, Paul in parts and even the owner) were all “normal guys”. I was treated with respect and as their signs say like family. My purchase of the 2019 Sorento was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I would highly recommend them. I love my new Sorento and Georgetown Kia has my business going forward More

Amazing Experience - Exceptional Service I was having some car trouble right before Christmas and had a horrible 2 day experience at another dealership trying to get a diagnosis on my 2015 Op I was having some car trouble right before Christmas and had a horrible 2 day experience at another dealership trying to get a diagnosis on my 2015 Optima SX Turbo. I called Georgetown Kia to request my maintenance records as requested by by the dealership and spoke to Rodney from the Service Dept where I have been getting my car serviced after explaining what had occured and what treatment I was receiving here and he said why didn't I just bring the car there first? He advised me that I could call roadside and have them bring the car there and that they would take care of the rental and whatever else process that would follow, this was about 30 minutes to closing, Rodney said don't worry about that just bring the car over we will be here. Upon arrival (over and hour and a half later) I was greeted by if not the entire staff with open arms and big smiles on their faces, Rodney took my car keys advise that the shutle car was outside waiting to take me to pick up a rental car. He then introduced me to Tony Garofolia who was there for their Christmas party which they were setting up for. I explained to him the situation and that I was considering upgrading he then introduced me to my 2 product advisors Meghan and Phil and assured me that I was now in good hands. The following days going over the details of the new car was such an easy and very comfortable process Phil and Meghan were both just simply amazing. Phil took me first had to take a peek at the new car when it was delivered. I picked up my 2017 Sorento SX Turbo on New Year's eve 2016, the pick up was absolutly amazing he had ballons all over the car for me and was there to show me every little feature my new car had to offer. Once all was completed and we were ready to take the new baby home Phil left us all with a big hug and warm wishes for the new year ahead of us. A big shout out to the service dept at Georgetown Kia Rodney, Enzo and all the boys who truly help make Georgetown Kia such an amazing place. Oh, and there's also that free 55" LED TV promo I was able to take advantage of, and the complimentary bottled water, granola bars and popcorn that are always there. This is the second Kia we purchased in 2016. Will definitely go back for our future needs and not hesitate to recommend to others. More

I was dealing with meghan who I have to say was a very pleasurable, prof My experience with georgetown kia was above and beyond what I expected!!!!! I was dealing with meghan who I have to say was a very pleasurable, professional lady to work with! She went above her call of duty and made my first time buying from a dealership very comfortable . I have never bought from a dealership before so I was skeptical .. But meghan introduced me to her coworkers who were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Ken ,Jason, Kevin ,Rob were amazing to deal with and fun to deal with !! Trish was also very helpful, and made my first time experience with financing easy and explained any and all questions I had! I want to thank everyone at kia for making me feel like a person and respecting me and not making me feel like I was just a dollar sign. You all made me feel welcomed and when its time to purchase again I know where I will be going !! I also want to state Enzo and the mechanics were very amazing when it came to service or mechanical questions they took care of me with no hesitation . Horrible customer service! Beware Do NOT buy from this dealer, Bought brand new vehicle from this dealership and dealt with Adam Kahhale. The sales men here are money hungry and Beware Do NOT buy from this dealer, Bought brand new vehicle from this dealership and dealt with Adam Kahhale. The sales men here are money hungry and dont care about anything but the commissions. Once sale is complete you will be ignored. Do not deal with Adam especially he lies through his teeth and knows nothing about the vehicles he sell and same goes with most people working here. Dealership is tiny and parking lot is impossible to find somewhere to park. Nothing is accommodated you need to pay for coffee. water and snacks are minimal. guest area is always a mess. Worst of all the washrooms are a disaster. All employees do here is socialize, horrible just horrible. To top all this up if you have any issue to resolve good luck your going to be ignore unless you put up a huge stink. Good luck and i feel sorry for who ever closes a deal here. As for Adam good luck on your career it wont last very long. More
