If I leave a voicemail message Todd always gets back to me quickly. If my car needs work that I was not expecting he gives me a detailed explanation of what is required and why. Todd goes above and beyond to ensure I am always satisfied. The service bay at Toyota-Town is remarkably clean. I know my car will always be running smoothly so long as I am servicing it here. More

Excellent care for 25 years. I have leased a new Camry every 3 or 4 years for the past 25 years from this dealership. I leased a 2014 Camry in September last year. As a single mom with very little knowledge about car maintenance, I rely on Todd's expertise and advice. If Todd recommends something needs to be fixed/replaced, I always do it. I know the advice he gives to me, he would give to a member of his family. I have also been known to call and ask his advice before making an appointment or I just show up and he is always patient, friendly and knowledgable and takes care of the problem on the spot. He gives me the confidence that I am spending my money wisely and maintaining a safe vehicle. More
