Staying Power I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially, I felt when the dealership expanded to the larger location, it had lost the personal touch, however, I believe they have worked hard to continue their excellent customer service. Another point to note is, there are several employees still with this dealership that were there when I bought my first Toyota, including my sales rep! I think that says something about the company. As Todd was looking after me,he was aware that I had recent eye surgery and being in my senior years I do have a problem with walking.he suggested that I take the ride home and would have the car by the afternoon ,which it was and I had a delightful pick up, and then Todd made certain that the car was ready just outside the show room so that I did not have a distance to walk to it.
