Another Fantastic Experience On October 24, 2018, I went in to Toyotatown for my annual snow tire installation. I made my appointment a while ago but something had come up that ma On October 24, 2018, I went in to Toyotatown for my annual snow tire installation. I made my appointment a while ago but something had come up that made it necessary to ask if things could go a little quicker than normal. My snows were in storage with Toyotatown so that was also part of the coordination. And I needed an oil change. Well, like always, Todd Servant, the Service Advisor, pulled out all the stops and got my snows installed, my summer tires away for storage and my oil changed along with an extended warranty service inspection in such good time that I was driving away in plenty of time for my other appointment. Todd is awesome! Not only does he work tirelessly to make his client's experience with Toyotatown pleasant and filled with confidence, but he always puts in extra to make sure that all the "i's" are dotted and all the "t's" are crossed so you feel confident that absolutely everything has been done right! I will be back!!! More

Both departments are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and solicitous. For the past 14 years I have been a service customer. The service dept. is extremely knowledgeable; once a Toyotatown mechanic has fixed something, it remains fixed. I have never had to go back with the same problem after a repair. And, perhaps most important, Toyotatown service people are honest. They never try to sell you something you don't need. On Oct. 12 I was in with my '05 Sienna van for major repairs. Helena Vrabec, my service advisor on this occasion , couldn't have been more helpful. I am a senior with many health problems, and she was very, very solicitous in arranging rides for me to home and back. My van had to be kept overnight on that occasion. I enthusiastically recommend Toyotatown sales and service without qualification. More

Visitor from Florida We were visiting London and unfortunately were involved in a fender bender accident at a four way stop. We took our RAV4 in for its scheduled mainten We were visiting London and unfortunately were involved in a fender bender accident at a four way stop. We took our RAV4 in for its scheduled maintenance and asked them to check the rear wheel for safety. It turned out that it was damaged and needed toe clips and a controller arm to keep the wheel straight. Unfortunately we ran into the Labor Day weekend so repairs were delayed as the parts had to be shipped from Toronto and Vancouver. Ultimately a spindle also had to be replaced after diagnostics were run. Todd Servant and Rob in the service dept kept us informed throughout the process and we were provided a rental car from Enterprise. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. I could not be more pleased with the repairs, we have now driven to Kansas City and the car is running beautifully! Nancy M. More
