And he informed me that I was eligible for a factory rebate and told me how to easily and quickly apply for it. From the prompt response to my inquiry for an appointment, to the great effort that he put forth to find the exact time to have the work done that fit perfectly into my schedule to the courteous and professional greeting as I drove in to the dealership to the speedy completion of the paperwork at the end of the installation, Todd Servant is nothing short of amazing! I will go no where else for my service and will recommend Toyotatown to everyone because dealing with Todd is such a pleasure! Keep up the good work! More

There were many details to attend (changing to winter tires, oil change, brake light to be changed, yearly body warranty check, emission check) and she didn't miss anything.
