I continue to be impressed with service advisor Robert Dako. I have been dealing, mostly, with him for the last 9 years. GREAT SERVICE - TODD S. I came in without an appt (appt scheduled for later in the same week) to see if I could have my tires checked out due to recurring issues with them sp I came in without an appt (appt scheduled for later in the same week) to see if I could have my tires checked out due to recurring issues with them sporadically being soft/flat...not always the same tire and not happening consistently. Todd was amazing...he was welcoming and professional, as well as friendly and accommodating (as always)! He fit me in that day vs waiting for my later appt, due to the inconvenience/issues I was experiencing...He answered all my questions about the existing tires, as well as possible winter tires, and had my existing tires assessed - fixing an immediate problem that day. Todd checked on winter tire availability for my vehicle, explained the benefits and proposed a few different cost options (a couple different tires with or without a 2nd set of rims - recommending the rims to keep costs down over the long haul (despite the upfront cost) and to ensure a longer life of both sets of tires), and was able to price matched them as well to save me some additional money. He provided a follow up appointment to have them installed very shortly thereafter and even though he himself wasn't in the area where you check in when we arrived (we checked in with someone else), he made a point to come check-in with me before we left to explain everything that had been done and confirm all went well. Todd also arranged last minute storage of the existing tires. He was terrific to deal with...was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions as well as professional/friendly...a really positive experience. I strongly recommend him/the dealership. (Glad he was able to set something up so quickly -it worked out perfectly, just ahead of the snow!) More

Toyota town stepped up and showed what a real Toyota customer service is . They listened to my issues and where going to repair my vehicle after Brantford Toyota damaged it . They went a step further and put me in a new 2017 Tacoma. It is this level of customer service that makes them an outstanding dealership. More
