The no pressure and plenty of help atmosphere is refreshing and reassuring in that we will find what we need and want. The team works very hard to accommodate all requests and "get it right, the first time". I've always found that there are three key metrics on which to base an opinion for dealing with a company or person. First, how are they at setting and meeting expectations? Do they set the bar too high and then fail to meet the expectations set regularly or do they set the expectations realistically and keep you updated on the progress? Second, how are things being done? Are things done with a mindset of "do it right, the first time" with a dash of pride in the work being done or does it seem that the mentality of the staff is "get it done, as fast as possible" where there are more opportunities for errors? Third, how do they handle those situations where issues do come up? All companies make mistakes from time to time or have issues to deal with. So it's important to know if you will face an up hill battle to "make things right" or will your concerns be addressed quickly with thoughtful and clear responses? In all three categories, HMP has won my business and the business of my family many times over. I would certainly recommend HMP to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and wanting comfort in knowing that if issues does crop up, they will be dealt with fairly. It's worth the drive from the GTA! More

They were good enough to remove my hitch from my old vehicle and install it in my new vehicle. I had my own floor mats in my vehicle and they were kind enough to power wash them for me and put them in my new vehicle. A box of local chocolates is always a nice touch when purchasing a new vehicle. It was also very convenient to communicate by email during the purchasing process instead of playing phone tag which is usually the case. More
