Great people, great service This is the third vehicle I purchased from Capital GMC in Regina, the second being a 2015 Chev Malibu LT in January, 2016 (I traded in my 2008 Buick A This is the third vehicle I purchased from Capital GMC in Regina, the second being a 2015 Chev Malibu LT in January, 2016 (I traded in my 2008 Buick Allure which was my first purchase back in June, 2009), my most recent purchase is a 2016 Buick Encore. For the Malibu and Encore I had the pleasure of having Terry McCrystal as my salesperson and Kien To for the financial services. Both these gentleman are friendly, courteous and professional. Terry worked extra hard to help me purchase a vehicle I would be satisfied with at a price I could afford. 2015 Cadillac SRX Terry was very patient and helpful with me - let me look at as many of the Cadillacs as I wanted to until I found the one in the color I wanted and in Terry was very patient and helpful with me - let me look at as many of the Cadillacs as I wanted to until I found the one in the color I wanted and in the condition I wanted. He patiently answered all my questions in person, and prior to and after my visit via email. I felt I was treated with respect and fairly and that I got great value for the money. The website is organized and easy to use and makes used car shopping much easier. I looked at several new vehicles at other dealerships on the same day as well, but I just found this shopping experience easier - it just seemed like Terry was trying to match a vehicle to my needs not just sell me the most expensive car he could talk me into. This is the first used vehicle I have purchased for myself in over 20 years after several new trucks and SUV's, and I feel like I saved myself a lot of money by giving up a year and a few miles on this SRX and I still have a pretty sweet car with lots of warranty and still has that new car smell. Very positive experience overall. More
