I get a "bit" nervous with this finance stuff, but Kevin is an expert at his job, I walked away knowing I got the best. He patiently answered all my questions in person, and prior to and after my visit via email. I felt I was treated with respect and fairly and that I got great value for the money. The website is organized and easy to use and makes used car shopping much easier. I looked at several new vehicles at other dealerships on the same day as well, but I just found this shopping experience easier - it just seemed like Terry was trying to match a vehicle to my needs not just sell me the most expensive car he could talk me into. This is the first used vehicle I have purchased for myself in over 20 years after several new trucks and SUV's, and I feel like I saved myself a lot of money by giving up a year and a few miles on this SRX and I still have a pretty sweet car with lots of warranty and still has that new car smell. Very positive experience overall. More
