Extremely disappointed in Capital One. They used their advertising campaign of "paying off other debts" and buying a new vehicle to put me upside down in a loan. They financed my loan, They used their advertising campaign of "paying off other debts" and buying a new vehicle to put me upside down in a loan. They financed my loan, but when I went to sign they stated that after the loan matured with them I was responsible for finding a private lender to cover the remaining year that Capital stated that couldn't finance. I asked them to provide me with the appraisal of my trade in and they didn't until it was time to sign the documents then told me they used a figure of 500.00. The continually contact me asking me to trade in my vehicle as they're looking for good trade in's yet when I remind them of what they did in 2013 they state they'll check into it and get back to me. Then they can't seem to find my address or phone number to own up to what they did and make it right. I've asked to speak with Bruce Axelson and left him a message and he's never contacted me!!!! More

Great Service We had our old Cadillac in for some service work and decided to look at upgrading. I found a car I was interested in online and requested a quote. Within a couple of hours an online sales manager had contacted me and set up a time to see Terry. Terry is a great guy! Easy to deal with. Super knowledgeable and a hard worker. We would highly recommend him and would be happy to deal with him again. Almost every point of contact with Capital was a positive experience. From Terry, to the Online sales manager , front receptionists, other sales rep's on the floor, finance and the service departments quick prep of our new vehicle.all was enjoyable. The only very minor negative was on the website the pop up coupon for $100. off that seems to pop up every time you change a page was a pain in the butt. Other than that everything was a great experience. More

This guy was the best sales person to deal with from start to finish. He came in on his days off, came before his shift and stayed late. A 3 day process due to my busy schedule, may have seemed like a lifetime to him but made the process of purchasing our new to us Escalade a breeze. After the sale was complete, we found Terry strapping in our car seat from our previous vehicle to the new one. Accessible in the evenings by phone and text, this guy is the best out there by far. Ask for Terry the next time your shopping for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed. We had the papers drawn up at night and were on our way out of town in the morning. More
