We drove from out of town to this dealership and it definitely was worth it. We left with a vehicle better suited to our growing family than the one we came in inquiring about thanks to the knowledge t definitely was worth it. We left with a vehicle better suited to our growing family than the one we came in inquiring about thanks to the knowledge the staff had about their inventory. The team was very patient and friendly dealing with our children. Shari ensured we had two keys as promised despite the car only initially having one key. She also ensured us she would help us find winter tires which is very important living in the snow belt with a young family. I do feel the process was rushed as we asked to pick up the car two days earlier than planned. The dealership was amazing about accommodating that request. We were just happy to get home with the new vehicle in the evening though, the team made the process easy but it is still stressful to shop for a car during COVID with young childen. At the end of the day I feel this was our best car shopping experience ever. More
