Happy Customer My experience over at Team Chrysler have always been very pleasant. From the test driving to sales process and the service department. I first steppe My experience over at Team Chrysler have always been very pleasant. From the test driving to sales process and the service department. I first stepped foot into this location 3 years ago when I purchased my first jeep and received the same customer experience as I walked into again to purchase my second jeep. Sammy and Aamir who assisted me with my next purchase were amazing with explaning all the detail and making it work within my budget. I would recommend for everyone to visit this location to make a purchase or to service their vechicle. Best service and pricing, hands down. More

Great Dealership, Brutal sales rep. I have purchased a 2016 Ram Limited. The dealership was great. My sales rep was horrible. I have had so many issues with him, its wild. We had negotiated to have fender flares on my truck painted and installed. (written on my proof of sale) and he continued to convince me after to get them not painted. After booking my appointmentk, Im told it will cost about $900.00 to paint them. After talking to nelson, and arguing. I went back to look at my proof of sale and called the service manager back instead. She processed it though for me. Everyone at this dealership is very helpful, minus this sales rep. I will come back to Team Chrysler, I will definitely not deal with Nelson or advise anyone to. Save yourself the headache. He is just a typical sales person who will tell you one thing, then try to cheap out in any way possible soon as the sale has gone though. I was told it would take about an hour to install the flares on the phone. When i got to Mississauga, i was told 4. Being from guelph, I now had to take the rest of the day of and sit around and wait. If i were to know in advanced I could have arranged something.. on a positive side, everyone else i delt with was amazing. The service manager - Shane Marion, helped me with any question I had and gave honest feed back. After installing the fender flares on my truck, it looks awkward. Mainly because my rims look smaller. He openly said that it doesn't look the as great as they could be. (which i knew was going to happen as i pre planned for larger rims and tires) and then went ahead and gave me ideas to look for as to replace my rims and tired. More

I lived in Mississauga and then moved to Oakville but I have made this location my home as other service departments do not compare when it comes to service levels, knowledge & skill leaving every visit with a pleasant feeling. Great mix of employees who work together very well. More

Best service department in Ontario I have been coming here for the past ten years to service all my vehicles. There is no other place I will ever bring my car to be serviced. The atmos I have been coming here for the past ten years to service all my vehicles. There is no other place I will ever bring my car to be serviced. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The whole service area from the service podiums to the mechanics service bays also including the waiting area is nice and clean. The service staff are always dressed neatly and they are very knowledgeable about the different vehicles within and out the dealership. The service reps are all quick thinkers and good problem solvers who are honest and straight forward. More

Ram 1500 first oil change on new truck Best dealer service I have received in a long time. Service advisor Shane was quick, professional and answered all my questions. He even emailed me a copy of my service invoice for my records. Jeff in Parts was extremely knowledge on the Ram series and really cool OEM and aftermarket parts. Can't wait to add LED lights and some B.F Goodrich tires with leveling kit. Thanks to awesome service I will be returning to Team! Thanks, Ryan More

Service I've been dealing with Team Chrysler since 2010 and the only reason why I keep buying their cars ( I currently own Dodge Charger srt8 and a Jeep srt8) I've been dealing with Team Chrysler since 2010 and the only reason why I keep buying their cars ( I currently own Dodge Charger srt8 and a Jeep srt8) is the service that I get from the service advisor to the mechanics literally everyone is customer service oriented. Owning these kind of cars means that I'm really picky and anal about my cars and how they are maintained. I'm a very happy customer.... Keep it up! More

Service Review We have been going to Team Chrysler for many years. Not only to purchase vehicles but have our vehicles serviced. Today we arrived to have the heate We have been going to Team Chrysler for many years. Not only to purchase vehicles but have our vehicles serviced. Today we arrived to have the heater/ ac looked at on our 2014 Dodge Journey. The heat was intermittent on the floor on the passengers side. We have been to another dealer in Niagara twice to have it looked at but without success and not much interest in more than a cursory inspection. Within 20 minutes of arriving Shane told us our problem was from a faulty actuator door on the passengers side and it would be repaired right away. Not only that but they found an issue with a tie rod and that a recall outstanding on the vehicle would be done as well. Shane, Carmine and James have always been more than helpful when we come in and today was no exception. Thanks guys. More
