Service Review We have been going to Team Chrysler for many years. Not only to purchase vehicles but have our vehicles serviced. Today we arrived to have the heate We have been going to Team Chrysler for many years. Not only to purchase vehicles but have our vehicles serviced. Today we arrived to have the heater/ ac looked at on our 2014 Dodge Journey. The heat was intermittent on the floor on the passengers side. We have been to another dealer in Niagara twice to have it looked at but without success and not much interest in more than a cursory inspection. Within 20 minutes of arriving Shane told us our problem was from a faulty actuator door on the passengers side and it would be repaired right away. Not only that but they found an issue with a tie rod and that a recall outstanding on the vehicle would be done as well. Shane, Carmine and James have always been more than helpful when we come in and today was no exception. Thanks guys. More

Awesome to deal with. Anytime I visit my concerns and questions are answered and the quality of work is excellent. This is my second RAM 1500 from this dealership and Anytime I visit my concerns and questions are answered and the quality of work is excellent. This is my second RAM 1500 from this dealership and I won't have my vehicle serviced anywhere else. I unfortunately took my current truck to a slightly closer dealership for a warranty repair and I am glad I did. Crysler Recalls I have generally very good experience when dealing with the Team Chrysler, however in the past year or so any recall notice I have received has not be I have generally very good experience when dealing with the Team Chrysler, however in the past year or so any recall notice I have received has not been serviced by the dealer and each time it's the same excuse "no part available." If there are no parts available then why even bother to send me Recall Notices and add to my Junk Mail. I am not sure who is at fault here, is it the dealer or Chrysler. Team represents Chrysler therefore for end customer its their responsibility to make sure that all recall notices are serviced in a timely manner. More

Best service advisors over 10 yrs I have known Shane Marion and James Vincente for many years and NO ONE does it better than these two guys!! I bought an Audi and came back to Jeep as I have known Shane Marion and James Vincente for many years and NO ONE does it better than these two guys!! I bought an Audi and came back to Jeep as I was not happy with their service advisors. These guys will not try and sell you anything to make a buck- they are genuine and honest and recommend what is needed at the time your vehicle is in. They also make accommodations to assist when the unexpected occurs with your vehicle in an urgent or emergency situation- better than the insurance company as well. If you want to trust someone's honest word- these are the two guys I highly recommend to ask for at Team!!! They deserve recognition beyond a few words.
