Best service by any dealership! I brought my 2012 Charger in for 2recalls and some service on the voice command and phone setup and tire rotation. As I have not been happy with anoth I brought my 2012 Charger in for 2recalls and some service on the voice command and phone setup and tire rotation. As I have not been happy with another dealership's response on my Charger's problems("can't find anything wrong with your Charger") I was extremely happy with Team Chrysler's solving of my problems. Not only did the fix my car but they also explained to me the cause of the problem. Also, Shane at reception was extremely curtious, friendly and very helpful! This was a very pleasant experience for me and very satisfying. Quite a difference from my dealings with my previous dealership! This service I received today restored my faith in servicing my car with Chrysler. Extremely happy and thank you Team Chrysler and Shane. More

We've been going there for years -- it's admittedly convenient that they're barely a five-minute drive from home -- and they've been welcoming, friendly, honest, fast, reliable, and affordable every time. We bring all our cars there. And it's not like they're not busy -- they've always got something on the go, but even for minor problems, they'll make the time to squeeze you in. I'd also like to give a particular shout-out to Shane, who has consistently gone above and beyond not just for me and my clunker of a car, but for all the vehicles my family brings him. Just awesome.
