I had my 2020 highlander serviced today, August 1, 2023. I have Shafik Jaffer as my advisor on this visit. I have nothing but praise for the way he handled my visit. He was respectful and prompt. The servic I have Shafik Jaffer as my advisor on this visit. I have nothing but praise for the way he handled my visit. He was respectful and prompt. The service only last for about 35 minutes and everything was done including washing the car. Thank you very much Shafik. Oh, and I don't have to pay anything on this visit. Thanks again!! More

Shafik Jaffer is the best. My rim was damaged and my tire was flat from a huge pothole disaster. I brought my car in for an emergency repair. Shafik was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout this process. He brought me in to look at my tire and explained everything thoroughly with the very knowledgeable mechanic working on my car. I have been a long standing and repeat customer of Toyota and it's because of such excellent customer service advisors like Shafik Jaffer that keep me coming back. Quality cars and quality service.
