I BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR BECAUSE OF KRISH!! I went into Kia one day to help pay for my boyfriend's car services and I walked out a brand new car owner. It was the second best day of my life than I went into Kia one day to help pay for my boyfriend's car services and I walked out a brand new car owner. It was the second best day of my life thanks to Krish (first was becoming a mother)! He worked extremely hard to get the best deal for me and I couldn't thank him enough! All good, very polite, prompt and efficient. Customer wait Service guidelines in our situation varies from what we are being told. Service 1 completed 8m km, told Oct 17 or 14m km. This is where my concerns happen, to reach 14m kms it could take 7-8 months, not Oct. Service advisor to keep within warranty I should be more frequent. Clear this up for me the warranty should be time or Km, not time as told . The vehicle is a low used km,,maybe 9m km per year! Comments welcomed More

Always great service.. I called on Saturday March 3rd to see if i could bring in my 2017 Kia Soul (3rd Soul that I have owned) for an oil change. I was able to bring my car I called on Saturday March 3rd to see if i could bring in my 2017 Kia Soul (3rd Soul that I have owned) for an oil change. I was able to bring my car on Monday March 5th. I was early for appoinment by .5 hour and I was prepared to leave my car while I went to go do some shopping. Rodney called me just over 30 minutes later and told me my car ready! He apologized for not being able to offer me my usual complimentary car wash as the car wash was closed for renovations. Always great customer service, always an easy process. BRAMPTON KIA NEEDS TO TAKE POINTERS FROM GEORGETOWN KIA!!!!!! Brampton Kia lacks customer service, politeness and professionalism. Hats off to Georgetown Kia. When I am ready for my 4th Kia Soul, Georgetown is where I will be shopping. Mrs. W More
